The role

We welcome motivated licensed insurance agents across life, health, property, casualty, personal lines, and other insurance specialties. Not licensed yet? Tell us if you would like to discuss getting licensed and submit your application.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, is comfortable communicating with clients by phone and in person, and is eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance needs within your active license, appointments, and area of expertise
• Follow up with leads and existing clients
• Conduct client consultations and enrollment appointments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in community outreach and marketing activities
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records
• Work collaboratively with our customer service and agent team
• Continue learning about products, carriers, compliance, and industry changes

Qualifications

• An active insurance license in your line of authority, or an interest in discussing the path to becoming licensed; Florida licensure preferred for licensed roles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, organized, and motivated
• Comfortable speaking with new and existing clients
• Willingness to learn, receive training, and grow with the agency
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
• English required
