Text messaging and mobile information
If you separately opt in through our website chat widget, Reij Enterprises LLC may use your mobile number to send the categories of messages you selected, such as appointment and service updates or promotional information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us deliver requested communications may process this information on our behalf.
Insurance and sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, financial documents, or other sensitive information through the general website contact form. Our team will provide an appropriate method when documents are required.

Community accounts and communication choices
When you register for a REIJ community account, we use your name and email address to manage your account and gallery access. If you provide a phone number, we also store it with your contact information. We use service providers to manage membership, contact records and your communication preferences.
Account creation and acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy do not subscribe you to marketing. Email marketing and SMS marketing are separate, optional choices that are unchecked by default. We record your submitted choices with the form submission, its source, and submission time. Marketing messages should be sent only through the channel you selected and remain subject to any existing unsubscribe or do-not-disturb setting.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
